Operational status without exposing backup contents
The Windows agent reports bounded job metadata such as operation type, trigger, stage, outcome, source size, and file count. This lets the SaveState dashboard show useful health and history while encrypted file contents stay inside the repository.
Database backup schedules use the same operational view, so an owner can distinguish successful jobs, automatic retries, and failures that need a credential or configuration change.
Storage numbers that explain themselves
The dashboard separates original backup data protected from the encrypted physical repository footprint. When source statistics are available, it also shows the bytes and percentage saved by compression and deduplication.
Put this feature into a recovery plan
Install SaveState on Windows, protect a representative data set, and test the restore before it is urgent.
